What Does Beyond Raw Lit Do?

Beyond Raw Lit is a concentrated, potent, and fully-dosed pre-workout supplement. The makers have used powerful combinations of popular ingredients to make them stand out from their competitors in the market today.

This bad boy features:

  • Well-known ingredients. Just about everyone we see on the ingredient list is familiar to us because they’re common, but that doesn’t mean they lack in effectiveness or potency.
  • They kept it simple using only seven ingredients
  • Uses Creatine – good for muscle building but can have you looking bulky

Let’s look at the Ingredients

beyond raw lit ingredients

Let’s take a look at what Beyond Raw Lit has in store for us under the hood.

This supplement includes seven ingredients and does its best to stay up-to-date with recent trends of brands transitioning away from proprietary blends. By being completely transparent about all their content sources on each label.

Energy and Intensity

CarnoSyn Beta

Alanine Beta-alanine (β-alanine) is a non-essential beta-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. These β-alanine peptides have been found to serve as a substrate for the enzyme carnosine synthase, which produces carnosine from β-alanine and histidine. Carnosine is a cytoplasmic dipeptide present mostly in skeletal muscles and neurons. It can become a potent osmolyte capable of protecting cells under stress.

There have been multiple scientific studies conducted on beta-alanine supplementation, which show that it has both physical and cognitive benefits. In fact, beta-alanine supplementation has been shown to increase total muscular work done by about 10%

This is most likely since carnosine has been shown to be a key regulator of muscle contraction. On the cognitive side, beta-alanine supplementation increases exercise tolerance and fatigue resistance. Beta-alanine is naturally occurring in many foods such as chicken, turkey, pork, tuna fish, salmon and most types of beef.

Micronized Creatine

Creatine is among the most studied supplement ingredients. Its safety has been demonstrated in numerous scientific studies, and it is the most well-tolerated by athletes of all sports supplements. The supplement industry has adopted creatine as a foundation ingredient for many products, including pre-workouts. Pre-workout supplements would be nothing without creatine because of its strength-enhancing abilities – both short term and long-term – and its proven muscle preservation effects.  Creatine is a time-tested bodybuilding staple that works to provide a variety of health benefits from athletic enhancement to disease prevention through proper dietary supplementation. Micronized creatine is creatine that has been processed into a finer powder, to break up the lumps found in regular creatine supplements. Micronized creatine is better for mixing with liquid than other types of creatine because it mixes more easily.

Caffeine

We all love coffee but we also know the downsides, like caffeine-induced jitters and sweats. But how about an energy boost without all those negative side effects when you drink Beyond Raw Lit’s new blend! This one has only natural sources of caffeine in it so your caffeine levels stay low—perfect for anyone who needs to keep their work steady but still want that pick me up after lunchtime rush hour comes along.

elevATP

This ingredient is often paired with creatine to help amplify it’s effect.

NeuroFactor

This rare ingredient is sourced from a natural coffee fruit extract that complements caffeine’s effects.

Pump and N.O. Support

L-Citrulline

This ingredient is a non-essential amino acid that acts as an intermediate in the urea cycle. L Citrulline is converted into L Arginine, which gives you more energy for your workout and helps you to recover faster.

Arginine boosts nitric oxide levels, which supports healthy circulation by increasing blood flow throughout your body – including key areas such as your calves, arms, glutes & shoulders!

Nitrosigine

This is a super bioavailable form of arginine meant to not only enhance citrulline’s effects but also sustain them for longer, all while being more easily assimilated by your body’s natural processes than regular L-arginine supplements.

The Beyond Raw Lit pre-workout supplement is a short and simple formula that only includes two premium branded ingredients. It may not be special when it comes to formula design, but the results show you get what matters most.

That said the ingredients that are included all have pedigree and have been dosed appropriately, there is also the potential for certain ingredients to complement each other in the way they work.

Anything Missing?

Beyond Raw Lit is an okay pre-workout, but it could be improved. Here’s what I think the Beyond Raw makers should do next time around to make their product better!

  • B Vitamins – B vitamins are important because they contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. The body also uses them during tough workouts, so it’s logical that their levels would be reduced after exercise and supplementation can help restore this function of these nutrients in your diet or supplements.
  • Natural Caffeine – Natural caffeine sources like Green Coffee Beans and Green Tea allow for great stimulation without the side effects of an unnatural stimulant such as coffee.
  • Coconut water powder – An excellent ingredient to keep you hydrated

Any Side Effects?

It’s no secret that caffeine is the world’s most widely used stimulant, but it also has some downsides. Caffeine can lead to jitters if you’re not used taking medications like this or have sensitive systems in your body which means there are risks of palpitations and crashing while exercising too much under its influence (which many people mistake for fatigue).

For beta-alanine, there’s a chance you will have an itchy sensation. This is most likely because of all the energy supplements being packed with compounds that result in increased blood flow and nerve pressure – which can lead to some weird side-effects like rashes or hives for those who aren’t used to them! Fortunately, though this usually desists after just one use; however, if your discomfort persists please contact customer service right away so they can help diagnose what might be happening.

How to Take

All you have to do is take a scoop with 8 fluid ounces of cold water and consume it 15 minutes before your workout. On non-training days, on top of the caffeine boost for extra energy or focus. Just make sure to do it earlier in the day or you may have trouble sleeping due to the caffeine.

Does This Product Use Caffeine?

The caffeine in this product is at the upper end of what we would like to see (250 mg), which could be problematic for some people.

How much can you take at once?

The label doesn’t really state any maximum servings per day, but you probably shouldn’t take more than 1 serving per day.

Can You Use Beyond Lit Raw in a Stack With Other Supplements?

Considering there aren’t many ingredients in it you could likely stack it with other supplements, so long as the other supplements don’t have any caffeine.

Is Beyond Lit Raw for Women?

The rise of women fitness enthusiasts has been a major shift in the last decade. The market now offers products specifically tailored to their needs and preferences, with many looking for “muscle builder” ingredients that will help them achieve a ripped look without gaining mass or being bulky like men often are after lifting weights intensely day-in and out. However, not all women want this type of physique – so while Creatine may be present within Beyond Raw Lit’s formula, its presence isn’t likely going alter how appealing it would seem on paper (given those who do prefer having leaner builds).

Other Stuff

It is important to eat or drink something before you take Beyond Raw Lit. Taking it on an empty stomach might just give you a bad case of the runs and the jitters to boot.

Pros and Cons

Pros and cons

Pros

  • No proprietary blends, everything is fully transparent
  • The caffeine may be a bit on the high side but overall the doses are solid
  • Available in 3 different flavors

Cons

Conclusion

Beyond Raw Lit is a solid and safe for pre-workout. The doses of commonly used ingredients will always make it nice no matter what kind of workouts you want to do – from heavy-duty training sessions or just light jogging.

There is a high dose of caffeine in this product, which might not be suitable for everyone.

At $40, Beyond Raw Lit is not terrible value for money. However, given the premium price, we might have hoped to see more ingredients like natural caffeine amplifier EnXtra or nitrate-rich red niter Rednite.
